My Leak Detector beeped 6 times

If you get the message "We had trouble connecting!" and your Smart leak detector beeps 6 times after you go through the set up steps, it means that the leak detector could not connect to the Internet.

To resolve this error:

  1. Reboot your Wi-Fi access point/router by powering off, waiting 30 seconds, and powering back on. 
  2. Verify that you have Internet connectivity by browsing to a website on your smartphone.
