I didn't receive a notification on my smartphone when my Roost device detected a problem

When your Roost device detects a problem, whether it be a leak or your smoke alarm sounds, you should receive a notification on your smartphone. If you do not receive a notification in a timely manner, first check that your Wi-Fi connection is working properly and that you have cell service on your smartphone.

Next, please make sure that you have allowed notifications from the Roost app on your smartphone. Try testing again, and if you still do not receive a notification, please contact our customer support team.
