Adding Emergency Contacts

Emergency contacts can be added to your account from the Roost Commercial app. The app will only allow you to add Emergency Contacts after you have set up your devices. Anyone added as an emergency contact will receive SMS messages of any alert notifications.

To add emergency contacts:

  • Open Roost Commercial app and select ‘My Devices’.
  • Find and click on the person icon in the blue box labeled “Home” at the top of the screen.
  • Type your contacts name and phone number in the appropriate boxes.
  • When all emergency contacts have been entered click ‘Save’ at the top of the screen. You will get a message confirming the contacts have been saved.
